Our customers have needs and understanding those needs and the motivators behind those needs enables the creation of solutions that fit each business requirement uniquely and create synergies; allowing for better, more usable solutions which increase efficacy. Why our customer needs a solution will dictate how the solution is designed and implemented.
So many solutions providers are willing to hire more resources than necessary to bill more during challenging times, padding their profits. We don’t believe in that mentality. TSCS resources aspire to right size every solution by providing only the most talented, best fit professionals for each scenario’s challenges. This has been demonstrated on projects where with a single resource, we aided the recovery of a major North American steel manufacturer recovering production of steel within a week and a half of arriving on site. This was accomplished by being able to hit the ground running, identifying gaps in strategy and addressing them before they became a problem, as well as tightly integrating with the customer team, becoming an extension of their IT Force.
